METHOD OF USE
– Cut about 50cm of floss, wrap most of it around the ring finger,
leaving 3 or 5 cm of thread to work with
– Hold the floss taut between the thumb and forefinger, and gently slide it towards
up and down between the teeth
– Gently curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure that it passes
below the gum. Never strike or force the thread, as this may cut or injure the delicate thread.

– Use sections of clean wire as you move from tooth to tooth.
– To remove the thread, use the same back-and-forth motion, pulling it out towards
up and away from the teeth.
